Fisherman’s Title, Inc. is a Full Service Title Company located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida that specializes in Florida Real Estate Closings, Title Insurance, and Title Searches. Established in 2004 by Justin Wyatt Bell, the Bell Family has over six decades of real estate closing and abstract experience.

In the 1950’s, Justin’s grandfather, Attorney William Bell, entered the title and abstract business and has since passed down his knowledge from generation to generation. His company, Merchant’s Title, Inc., specialized in closing and abstracts. In addition, the company contracted with the Department of Transportation on hundreds of Road Right Away Projects for over 20 years.

His son, Edward Wyatt Bell founded Landtech Data Corporation, which was the first company to develop a real estate closing system for the personal computer and it has been the leading software provider to title companies across the United States for the last 30 years. Justin Bell began his career in both of these companies giving him a comprehensive first-hand experience with various facets of the industry.

The Bell family has grown and evolved with the Title industry. We utilize all the specialized tools and utilities that are available in the industry. Our knowledge and attention to detail are the reason why we perform accurate and timely title closings. This ensures that the title to your property is transferred without any lingering issues.
